Ordering

At the moment, the shopping chart works only in Finnish. You can send your order by email at soapfactory@soapfactory.fi. - simply state the products you want to order along with your contact details. We’d appreciate if you filled in your telephone number so that we can contact you should there be some kind of a problem with your order. We aim to answer enquiries and process orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

Payment

We will send you an invoice by e-mail. We currently have no credit card transactions in our webshop.
All our prices include VAT (22%). 

Delivery and costs

We will send you the products as a letter or parcel, depending on your order. We will charge you only the standard postage rates. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail stating the delivery costs.
We use recycled packaging material as often as possible, so you might get your products packed in some other product’s packaging.
Normally the products are posted within 48 hours of the order arriving to Soap Factory. Should your order be delayled, please call us at +358 50 5211079 or e-mail us at soapfactory@soapfactory.fi.  

Broken packages, return and faulty products

Should the package be broken when you receive it, please report it in the post office before you open the package. Please make sure that you get a copy of the report for yourself. Let us know about the broken package by e-mail at soapfactory@soapfactory.fi. asap.

According to your statutory rights as a consumer, you have the right to return unused products in unopened packages within 14 days from the day after the day on which you received the products. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice. If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty, you must return them to us within 14 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products we will pay for the postage costs.

The return address is Soap Factory, Torpantie 13-15 D 14, 01150 Söderkulla. Please include your contact information and your account number so that we can send you the refund.
